  • Compute and process employee salaries, deductions, and overtime accurately.
  • Manage and process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and other employee benefits online.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll-related reports and contributions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave balances.
  • Resolve payroll and benefits-related inquiries from employees.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations affecting payroll and benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using online systems for government contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG portals).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work in San Marcelino Zambales
