Job Purpose

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth administrative processes. They support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. HR Admin Staff also help with organizing training sessions, maintaining documentation, handling employee inquiries, and performing other clerical tasks to support HR initiatives and ensure an efficient, productive work environment.


Job Description

  • Performs and strictly observed the HRA Processes:

1. HRA-PO1: Induction, Training and Performance Appraisal

  • Source trainings and seminar based on the plan trainings and coordinate with training providers regarding the trainings they offer.
  • Disseminates all information and invitations of the training to the department/participants.

2. HRA-PO2: Recruitment, Hiring & Selection

  • Source and screens possible applicants based on skills, experience and education
  • Conducts initial interviews and prepares examinations of applicants
  • Displays Job Post to social media or negotiate with schools’ / universities’ career partnership services or communicate with accredited service provider of the company for recruitment purposes

3. HRA-PO3: Memorandums/Termination & Resignation

  • Prepare NTE of concerned employees
  • Responsible for the rotation of memos for signing of employees

4. HRA-PO4: Courier Services and Collections

  • Assign as HRA Dispatcher that performs the dispatching of messenger / collectors for the documents/items and collections purposes.

5. OTHERS

  • Answers queries on email or phone calls with regards to applicant concerns, meetings, recruitment proposals etc.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Disseminates documents and ensures receipt to respective recipients properly
  • Conduct Exit Interview
  • Perform other task/s that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any 4-year related Discipline courses such as BSBA in Human Resource Mgmt., Operations Mgmt., BS Industrial Psychology, etc.

Experience :

  • At least one (1) year experience working experience

Willing to be assigned in Intramuros Manila
