Recruitment and Hiring: This includes defining job requirements, posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Onboarding and Training: HR professionals are responsible for ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company and receive the necessary training to succeed in their roles.
Employee Relations: This involves managing employee interactions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Performance Management: HR helps to develop performance evaluation systems, provide feedback to employees, and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Legal: HR ensures the organization complies with relevant labor laws and regulations, and they may also be involved in handling legal matters related to employment.
Administrative Tasks: HR handles various administrative tasks related to employees, such as maintaining records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.

College Graduate, Psychology or any related course
At least with 6months experience
With a pleasing personality
Good Communication Skills
Polite, Hardworking, & Trustworthy
Resident in Quezon City
