الوصف

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting to offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels and networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with internship experience in recruitment preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting, employee relations, and talent management skills; proficiency in candidate screening; excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in talent acquisition processes; screen candidates; conduct interviews; facilitate employee onboarding.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; must be adaptable to changing demands.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and a passion for people.
