Attila, Incorporated, a leader in the Food & Beverages industry, is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist.
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs and performance gaps.
Facilitate change management initiatives to drive business growth.
Collaborate with leadership to align development strategies with company goals.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of development programs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Public or Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field
At least 6 months of background in end-to-end training is an advantage
Willing to work in West Ave. Quezon City
Experience in the retail company is a plus, but not required
Ability to cope in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Proficient in MS Office applications
Photoshop skill is a plus
