HR Specialist plays a key part in executing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality support to both corporate employees and operational teams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and passionate about building a strong, inclusive workplace culture in a fast-paced, service-driven industry.


1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee and contractor records, including driver-partner profiles and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with government reporting and audit preparation (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.)


2. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee and department concerns or inquiries.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and seminars related to HR Operations.
  • Assist in internal communication efforts, including announcements and policy updates


3. Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Support the HR and Finance teams in preparing timekeeping, payroll data, and employee benefits processing.
  • Help address payroll concerns and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.


4. Performance & Training

  • Monitor probationary evaluations and training completions
  • Assist in organizing driver training sessions, safety briefings, and employee development programs.


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Experience in a Retail, TNVS, Logistics, Transportation, environment is an advantage.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, timekeeping, and payroll software (e.g., Sprout, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee benefits, and statutory compliance (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).


Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact effectively with office staff, field personnel, and driver-partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.


Other Qualifications:

  • Willing to work on-site (depot) or conduct field visits to hubs or driver onboarding centers, if necessary.
  • Amenable to flexible working hours when needed to support operational schedules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing and technology-driven environment
  • Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the direct manager based on organizational needs and evolving business requirements.
