Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
Support performance management and employee relations activities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Conduct benefit administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.

المتطلبات

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience, with emphasis on recruiting and talent acquisition.
Skills: Proficient in people management, process management, candidate screening, and employee relations; strong written and verbal communication; adept in computer usage and interpersonal interactions.
Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work; occasional overtime may be required.
Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong organizational skills.
