الوصف

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Use multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunters, campus) to source talents.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for critical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to optimize process and efficiency.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices & local labor market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Plus: experience in IT / SaaS / Sales recruitment.
