الوصف

  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Facilitate benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, government contributions, and statutory compliance.
  • Help in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR standards.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management Psychology or any related field
  • At lease 1 year of HR-related work experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in Admin task and payroll is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and record-keeping skills
