Position: HR Specialist (Online Interview)

Industry: Construction

Location: Lapu-Lapu, Cebu

Salary Range: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Setup: Onsite

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • With at least 3 years of work experience in HR or HR & Admin roles
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic HR systems
  • Amenable to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
  • Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
  • Can start as soon as possible


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules with applicants, hiring managers, and department heads
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation, preparation of employment contracts, and collection of pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate and updated 201 files, attendance records, and employee HR documents
  • Process employee information updates, position changes, disciplinary records, and related HR transactions
  • Monitor and validate daily attendance, leave applications, overtime requests, and schedule changes
  • Support HR initiatives such as training programs, policy implementation, and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as office supply monitoring, handling requests, and coordinating with suppliers when needed
  • Provide support for HR reports, government filings, and compliance requirements
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations
