Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Finance Assistant to support daily human resources, finance, and operations-related tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in HR administration, finance

coordination, and delivery documentation.

Human Resources Support

• Assist in maintaining employee records and 201 files
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Monitor attendance, leave credits, and basic HR reports
• Assist in preparing HR announcements, memos, and internal communications
• Support compliance with company policies and procedures

Finance, Operations & Administrative Support

• Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Receipts (DRs) for delivery

• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with operations and logistics

•Monitor FOE deposits and track client payments

•Assist in preparing payroll-related documents and basic finance reports

•Organize and file invoices, receipts, and financial documents

•Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly reports as required

•Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients as needed

•Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); basic Excel reporting skills preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
