Recruitment Execution

  • Schedule and manage interviews for all active job openings.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and job fairs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to align on job descriptions, hiring needs, and candidate qualifications.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with all applicants and candidates.

Hiring Process Tracking

  • Maintain a digital hiring dashboard reflecting real-time status of candidates and job openings.
  • Monitor and analyze cost per hire across various sourcing platforms.
  • Track and optimize time-to-hire based on defined benchmarks.

Onboarding and Setup

  • Create and continuously improve the onboarding process workflow.
  • Schedule and coordinate new hire orientations and training activities.
  • Manage documentation for employee medical requirements and government ID renewals.

Documentation and Coordination

  • Maintain and regularly update the employee contact directory.
  • Organize and file relevant HR-related documents, including sales orders and clearance forms.
  • Track and compile attendance anomalies for review by department supervisors.

Employee Engagement Support

  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives (e.g., team activities, surveys, celebrations).
  • Contribute ideas and support efforts that enhance team morale and internal culture.

Process Development and Research

  • Conduct market research on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Compile and maintain onboarding reference guides and FAQs for new hires.

Other Administrative Related Task

  • Tasks related to coordinating collections, document compilation
  • Administrative Tasks related to the success of the company
  • Organize the Files and Data of employees or clients when necessary
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients if necessary
  • Coordinate with internal departments in contribution to the success of company projects and operations.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as HR officer, or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, payroll training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related courses.
