• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and screening candidates.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably Male
• Experience Level: 1–3 years experience as HR Generalist with strong background in Recruitment
• Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
