Human Resource Functions:

• Manage employee government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, policy implementation, and engagement

• Supervise and mentor interns

• Maintain accurate HR documentation

Finance Functions:

• Perform accurate data entry, record-keeping, and filing of financial documents

• Prepare monthly sales and expense reports

• Reconcile financial data before uploading to NetSuite or other accounting software

• Follow up on accounts receivable and assist in collections

• Support finance audits and ensure compliance

Administrative Tasks:

• Process government documents and accreditations

• Assist departments such as purchasing, logistics, inventory

• Pick up and deposit sales or expense-related funds when required

• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth office operations

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of office experience in similar roles

• Very detailed and organized

• College graduate

• Computer literate

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Knowledgeable in any accounting software (NetSuite is an advantage)

• Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks

• Honest and with high integrity

• Fully vaccinated

• Preferably residing near Pasig City
