The HR Generalist focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and HR administrative work. This role ensures that HR practices align with company policies and Philippine labor laws, while also fostering a positive workplace culture.


1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, candidate interviews, background checks, and job offers.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and morale-boosting programs.
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts in accordance with company policy and Philippine labor regulations.

3. HR Policy Compliance & Records Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws (e.g. DOLE guidelines).
  • Help maintain and update the employee handbook, HR policies, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both digital and physical.

4. Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll-related documentation (e.g. timekeeping reports, leave applications).
  • Respond to employee queries on compensation and benefits.

5. Performance Management Support

  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes by distributing forms, assisting in schedule coordination, and compiling evaluation results.
  • Help track probationary and regularization timelines.
  • Identify employee training needs through surveys, performance results, and department requests

6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist with compliance documentation and audit preparation (e.g. DOLE, ISO, client HR audits).
  • Generate and submit HR-related reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, hiring status, disciplinary actions) for internal use.

8. Facilities & Safety Support

  • Help oversee general office upkeep, safety standards, and cleanliness in coordination with Administrative Services.
  • Ensure a secure and employee-friendly work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to commute or relocate within Muntinlupa City
