- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist with career development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
- With experience in all facet in HR including recruitment, employee engagement etc.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software.
- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
