Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for Metalcast Corporation
Assist in Administering employee benefits, programs, and initiatives.

Job Title: HR Officer/HR Generalist
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR roles with a proven track record of success.
Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conflict resolution, and knowledge in HRIS systems.
Responsibilities and Duties: Managing recruitment processes, overseeing training and development, maintaining employee records, and implementing HR policies and practices.
Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours; however, extended hours may be required for special projects and deadlines.
Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, ethical, empathetic, with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to promoting company values and culture.
