  • Managing hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Implementing performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and updating organizational policies.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies.
  • Overseeing employee training and development programs.
  • Maintaining secure and accurate employee records.
  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring employee satisfaction in their work environment.
  • Overseeing employee health and safety.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of payroll systems
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferably resident around Batangas
