Human Resources Manager

  • Candidate must be graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any Social Sciences, Business, Psychology and other relevant courses.
  • Candidate must have strong Human Resources Management experience preferably in staffing/ Manpower.
  • Proven success in implementing HR Programs like employee engagement, performance management, learning and development.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions.
  • Relevant certifications such as SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP may be preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. This includes developing strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment. Address conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers in addressing performance-related matters.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the compensation team to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to derive insights and inform decision-making, assessing the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
