• Supervise the recruitment process
• Coordination with the HR personnel for promodiser concerns
• Monitoring payroll and timekeeping
• Employee relations
• Creation and enforcement of company rules and policies
• Monitoring of all probationary employees
• Updating of master plantilla
• Submission of mandatory government contributions
• Dole compliance
• Coordinating with suppliers for office supplies requisition and request

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as HR Generalist, HR Head, or any equivalent role
• Bachelors Degree in HR, Psychology or any related field
• Knowledge with Dole Rules and compliances
• Familiarity with SSS, Philhealth, and pag ibig process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
