About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior HR Officer with strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. The ideal candidate has solid exposure as an HR Generalist, proven supervisory experience, and advanced competency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.


Employee Relations

  • Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct fact-finding, investigations, and prepare ER documents.
  • Support employee engagement activities and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with PH labor laws and company standards.


HR Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy of employee data.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, recruitment metrics, and ER reports using Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts).
  • Support payroll, timekeeping, and general HR operational tasks.
  • Recommend improvements in HR processes and systems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience handling multiple HR functions.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR supervisory experience leading or overseeing a team or major HR functions.
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations is required.
  • Above-average proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (data analysis, reporting, templates).
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently.
