  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career development.
  • Analyze HR metrics to enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management
  • Preferred 3-year supervisory experience in general human resource functions
  • Proficient in labor relations, workforce planning, performance management and HR analytics
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, concepts and strategies, as well as current trends and issues
  • Above average verbal and written communication
  • Results-oriented, excellent people skills, takes initiative; ‘can do’ attitude; disciplined with high integrity
