We are looking for a strategic and people-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within the organization. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, supporting talent development, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. This position plays a crucial part in aligning HR initiatives with business goals and strengthening the company’s human capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management
• Proven working experience in Human Resources
• With 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial level work experience
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Ability to architect a strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Strong emotional quotient
