  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve organizational performance.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, presentation skills, and people management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
