JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to assist our Human Resources team, primarily focusing on recruitment activities and supporting other HR-related tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment and contribute to building a strong team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and assist in scheduling interviews
• Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding activities for new hires
• Assist with other HR projects and administrative tasks as needed
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
