- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require long hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
