- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service.
- Manage staff, from hiring to training and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates.
- Maintain budgetary controls and financial reporting.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through quality service and swift resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

المتطلبات
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in hotel management or customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional customer service and relationship management skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward customer service.
