- Manage check-ins/check-outs and uphold exceptional guest service standards.
- Handle reservations, provide information about the services, facilities, and surrounding areas.
- Address guest concerns and ensure a smooth operation of front desk activities.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication within the hotel team.

- Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Diploma degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Preferably less than 1 year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent proficiency in English; outstanding customer service skills; strong communication abilities; ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Working Conditions: Must be prepared to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy hotel environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly and welcoming demeanor, detail-oriented, good organizational skills, a team player with a professional appearance, and eagerness to help guests.
