الوصف

  • Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions in the student's home.
  • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to the student's individual learning style, pace, and academic goals.
  • Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
  • Identify and address learning gaps and challenges.
  • Motivate and encourage students to achieve their academic potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
  • Attend professional development workshops and stay updated on current teaching methodologies.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a home tutor or in a related educational setting.
  • Strong academic background in relevant subjects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Background check required.
