  • Assist the driver with loading and unloading food products from the vehicle.
  • Handle food items carefully to avoid damage, spillage, or contamination.
  • Help verify delivery orders against invoices or delivery sheets.
  • Ensure proper stacking and securing of goods in the delivery vehicle.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery truck.
  • Provide support during deliveries, including carrying items to the customer’s premises.
  • Collect delivery receipts or customer signatures as required.
  • Follow all hygiene and food safety protocols, especially when handling perishable items.
  • Support the driver in navigating routes or managing delivery documentation.
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the driver or supervisor.


  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience as a delivery helper or in a food-related industry is an advantage.
  • Physically fit; able to lift and move heavy items
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Polite and customer-friendly attitude.
