The Installer/Helper will be responsible for supporting the installation, handling, and basic servicing of Smeg appliances for project-based assignments. This role ensures that all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality and brand standards. The position also assists in coordination with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure proper site preparation and appliance fit-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, setup, and positioning of Smeg appliances in project sites.
• Conduct basic quality inspection and functional checks after installation.
• Support the project installer/lead in executing appliance fit-out requirements based on approved plans or layouts.
• Handle and transport appliances with proper care, ensuring no damage during delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with project teams for mechanical and electrical site readiness prior to installation.
• Read and interpret layout plans, installation drawings, and appliance specifications.
• Ensure all tools and materials are prepared and properly used during installations.
• Follow safety standards, company guidelines, and client site protocols.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor installation issues or adjustments.
• Perform other related tasks as required by the project or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate or 2-year Vocational Course in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in appliance, equipment, or fit-out installation projects.
• Experience handling premium kitchen appliances is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical coordination related to appliance installation.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, layouts, and installation drawings.
• Knowledge in quality inspection and standard installation procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving appliances as required.
• With strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Can work in project-based or field assignments; willing to travel to different sites.
