الوصف

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients or clients seeking healthcare services or information.
  • Explain insurance coverage, benefits, billing procedures, and treatment options in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals to specialists or other services.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations or referrals.

المتطلبات

  • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (healthcare account preferred but not required).
  • High school diploma , College Undergraduate, College graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written.
