Lead and manage global operations strategy to optimize efficiency and productivity of workers or nurses.
Management and Oversee, Client rosters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
Ensure excellence in client service delivery leading the way in Age and Disability support services.
Managing the assessment of client's care, implementing care plans and successfully onboarding new clients.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage client service feedback and ensure feedback process is addressed.
Ensure all documentation, procedures and reporting meets relevant guidelines and legislation.
Maintain and encourage a safe work environment in accordance with the occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

المتطلبات

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in global operations or a similar role.
Skills: Strong work ethic, analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, operations management, leadership development, employee relations, creative problem solving, multitasking, and new business development.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and problem-solving.
Qualities: Strong leader, effective communicator, innovative thinker, and team-oriented.
