  • Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation.

  • Ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper hygiene protocols. 
  • Managing kitchen inventory, ordering and obtaining supplies, and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers. 
  • Monitoring and controlling food costs to minimize waste and ensure profitability, working within set financial budgets.  
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of progressive experience in a culinary leadership role and asian cuisine
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent quality control, operations management, inventory and cost management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, ensure quality and consistency in food preparation.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and occasional late hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong team player with a robust work ethic, passionate about Asian cuisine, and dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
