الوصف

  • Cooking meals and ensuring food quality
  • Maintaining Kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
  • Managing kitchen supplies and reporting shortages
  • Assisting in weekly shipments and inventory recording
  • Communicating with service staff about menu details
  • Checking equipment in the kitchen and reporting to RM if equipment/s needs maintenance or repair
  • Checking daily stocks of the kitchen and making sure that all wastage and spoilage are recorded daily.
  • Flexible in schedule and tasks
  • Oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, maintain food quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.

المتطلبات

  • Preferably male, aged 25-35 yrs old
  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong team player, effective restaurant management, operations management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; Ability to work overtime when needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
