  • Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments according to client preferences and trends.
  • Consult clients to determine their hair care needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair care techniques, trends, and products.
  • Mentor and train junior hairstylists, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all salon policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and in proper working condition.

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum education requirements; a relevant degree is not mandatory.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in hairdressing.
