Junior Digital Designer- FULL TIME 

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong multimedia background and excels in creating visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives that support branding, campaigns, and overall business goals. 

• Conduct, client, product, competitor research for inspiration before designing.
• Develop and execute design concepts, dna & studies.
• Assist with marketing tasks as necessary.
• Revision as much needed, Collaboration if needed.
• Create and maintain graphic design content for branded communications and marketing collaterals.
• Assist in photo editing for websites & other print materials.
• File management and archiving for safe storage
• Pitch decks, mockups kiosk, design branding, wireframes, web design.
• Website Low and High Wireframes and frontend development
• Video production and editing if needed.
• Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand and turn into leads across Cosmetigroup brands social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Reviewing designed drafts to ensure quality.
• Produce and edit multimedia content including photos and videos for campaigns and events.
• Generating fresh concepts for marketing, branding purposes.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Liaising between the marketing and design team
• File management, labeling files , organizing files and archiving for safe storage.
• Other Marketing Task: Support & Collaboration of the Marketing Departments to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role.
• At least 1 year experience on Graphic Artist, Digital Designer, etc.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Canva
• Knowledgeable in photography, including basic shooting and photo editing.
• Strong understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in UI/UX design or basic knowledge of Figma.
• Basic animation or 3D design skills.
• Complete any additional work-related tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sketch-up basic knowledge

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday (10AM–7PM)

Salary

• 25,000–30,000
