We are seeking a new junior graphic artist to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

1. Design and Produce high-quality print books, including layout, typography, and cover design.

2. Work with authors, editors & management to ensure that all books are designed and produced in accordance with company standards.

3. Create detailed book mockups to be used in the sales and marketing process.

4. Prepare files for print production, ensuring that all specifications are met.

5. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.

2. 2+ years experience with design software, including Ps, Ai, Id, etc.

3. Proven experience with book design, with a STRONG PORTFOLIO AT WORK.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, and advertisements.

7. Very high attention to detail.

8. Undergrads of Architecture and/or Civil Engineering are welcome to apply.
