1. Land Surveying & Mapping

• Conduct topographic, boundary, relocation, and as-built surveys
• Perform subdivision, consolidation, and verification surveys
• Prepare survey plans, maps, and technical descriptions
• Ensure survey accuracy using total stations, GNSS/GPS, drones, and levels

2. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure surveys comply with DENR–LMB, PRC, and local government requirements
• Prepare and sign survey documents for land titling, reconstitution, and registration
• Assist in securing DENR approvals (e.g., subdivision plans, isolated surveys)
• Interpret titles, tax declarations, and cadastral records
• Signing and sealing of documents

3. Construction Support

• Provide staking and layout for buildings, roads, utilities, and structures
• Establish control points and benchmarks
• Conduct as-built surveys for project completion and billing
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and contractors

4. Project Planning & Development

• Provide site analysis and feasibility data
• Support land development, real estate, and infrastructure planning
• Identify encroachments, easements, and right-of-way issues
• Assist in land acquisition and property valuation support

5. Data Processing & Documentation

• Process survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and surveying software
• Maintain survey records, databases, and control networks
• Prepare survey reports, computation sheets, and certifications

6. Quality Control & Risk Management

• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of survey outputs
• Review survey works done by survey aides and junior staff
• Identify and resolve boundary disputes and discrepancies
• Implement survey QA/QC procedures

7. Team & Equipment Management

• Supervise survey teams and field personnel
• Ensure proper use, calibration, and maintenance of survey instruments
• Train staff on survey methods, safety, and standards

8. Coordination & Client Liaison

• Coordinate with clients, LGUs, DENR, and other agencies
• Attend project meetings and site inspections
• Provide technical advice related to surveying and land matters

9. Health, Safety & Ethics

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies during fieldwork
• Follow professional ethics and PRC Code of Conduct
• Ensure environmental and community considerations are observed
