You’ll oversee the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage credentialing processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify provider credentials (licenses, education, certifications) in line with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain credentialing records and track renewals.
• Communicate with providers to gather necessary documents and resolve issues.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and up-to-date credentialing policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Telehealth experience is a plus.

Familiarity with credentialing bodies (e.g., NCQA, URAC).
