Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Manage relationships clients, suppliers, and business partners to maintain strong relationships.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize costs and quality.
Implement modern technologies to streamline processes (e.g., ERP systems).
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Accepts and performs other duties as assigned by Top Management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in the heavy equipment, logistics, or supply chain industry.
Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
Proficient in developing long-term operational strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics software, and equipment management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
