About the role

We are seeking a talented Accounting Staff to join the finance team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting the overall financial management of our prestigious condominium development. This is a full-time position based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform general accounting tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
4. Support the preparation of various financial reports and analyses for management
5. Collaborate with other departments to gather and validate financial information
6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
2. At least 6 months of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
3. NEWLY GRADUATE is welcome to apply
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
5. Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
