الوصف

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for timely payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
  • Assist in month-end closing by preparing AP reports and reconciliations.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Utilize Excel for tracking, reconciling, and analyzing payment data.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounts payable or general accounting support preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, pivot tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
