  • Check and verify the validity, accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by suppliers and /or employees
  • Record the transaction accurately and timely
  • Communicate timely with the supplier / employee and / or his / her immediate superior should there be control variances with the received documents
  • Ensure the receipt of regulated documents (official receipts, sales invoices, etc.) related to the expenses and disbursements of the Company
  • Ensure timely processing and payment of business taxes, income taxes, etc.
  • Participate in the month-end closing procedures
  • Submit reports to the immediate superior timely, accurately and completely
  • Organize and compile supporting documents for easy retrieval
  • Provide assistance during internal, external, regulatory, and compliance audits by retrieving documents and presenting them in an organized manner
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor and / or Head of Department (HOD) from time to time.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-year experience as an account receivable
