The New Cafe Noelle, one of Pampanga’s most beloved restaurant brands, is looking for a Accounting Head to join our growing team. We are expanding and seeking a dedicated and experienced finance professional who can take charge of our accounting operations and support our continued growth with strong financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall financial operations of The New Cafe Noelle, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Supervise and review the work of accounting staff (AR/AP, bookkeeper, inventory clerk, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and business analysis reports for management.
• Implement internal controls and accounting best practices across branches.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Background in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and BIR reporting.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.
