- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
- Monitor daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Assist with the budgeting process and financial audits.
- Improve systems and procedures for enhanced financial reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to support Servicore, Inc., a leading provider in the Human Resources industry.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in QuickBooks, financial reporting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and preparation of financial statements.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage daily accounting transactions, conduct monthly reconciliations, assist in financial reporting, maintain books with accuracy, manage receivables and payables, and comply with legal financial requirements.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, problem-solving aptitude, ethical conduct, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
