  1. Smart contract development on EVM/Solana (e.g. Solidity, Anchor, Rust). Contributed to research design ideas including lending mechanisms, liquidations, oracles, etc. Experience writing smart-contracts securing significant TVL
  2. Have in-depth knowledge of DEX aggregators like Relay/Jupiter/KyberSwap, and be able to drive E2E DEX aggregator prototyping and optimization (liquidity/latency).
  3. Have deep understanding of EVM/Solana Typescript library (e.g. Ether.js, Viem, Web3.js), DeFi and DApp development
  4. You have at least 10+ years of experience in software engineering, and a background of research in scaling, parallelization, protocols, or distributed databases
  5. A track record of proven leadership around successfully scaling an existing high throughput system.
  6. Some understanding of EVM and client software, such as geth or reth internals (deep understanding of either a huge plus).
  7. Familiarity with database internals and high performance database systems.
  8. You’re familiar with current trends and best practices in architecture including security, performance, and usability.
  9. You have executive communication skills to work crossfunctionally and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.
