Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area.
Assist guests with reservations and provide information about services.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Willing to relocate
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience Level: Less than 2 year of experience in a reception or administrative role.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities and Duties: Managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and handling phone calls.
Working Conditions: Primarily office settings, requiring multi-tasking in a busy environment.
Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
