الوصف

  • Ensure communication lines (such as telephone and email) are functioning at the start of the shift, coordinate any problem with the technical support, and ensure concerns are resolved at the soonest possible time.
  • Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages. Answer and transfer incoming calls to the person concerned inside the company.
  • Respond to callers who are just inquiring about the product of the Company or callers who are proposing their products.
  • Receive guests and clients, and ensure they are given proper reception, and their needs are attended to appropriately.
  • Receive and distribute mail and all general correspondence. Ensure these are logged and recorded before distribution and received by the concerned functions or employees.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence accordingly.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of meetings and training rooms.
  • Record requests for reservation of meeting and training rooms. Reserve rooms using the prescribed Excel file.
  • Perform clerical duties to the Administration Department.
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Ensure the facility is clean and orderliness is maintained.
  • Ensure all electrical equipment is turned off after the end of the working hours.
  • Ensure air conditioners and lights are only turned on when there is a meeting or training. Always turn off the air conditioner after every use.
  • Ensure all keys are safe and accounted for and that access doors are securely closed after every end of office hours.
  • Perform daily routine cleaning and arrangement of newspaper stands, tables & chairs, pantry area, and the display shelves, ensuring cleanliness is always maintained.
  • In charge of maintaining pantries and lobby cleanliness which should be always implemented.
  • Assist the Accounting Department in releasing check payments during collection days (Wednesdays and Fridays). Ensure requirements are observed before the release of checks.
  • Receive and coordinate delivery of ordered food to concerned functions

المتطلبات

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With a pleasing personality.
  • Good oral communication.
  • No experience is required.
