  2. Handle Calls – Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
  3. Manage Appointments – Schedule and coordinate meetings or visits.
  4. Administrative Tasks – Perform basic clerical duties like filing, data entry, and handling mail.
  5. Maintain Reception Area – Keep the front desk neat and monitor office supplies.


  • With at least 1 years of experience on the preferred position
  • 21 years old and above
  • With good personality
  • Computer Literate
  • Good communication oral and Written 
  • Flexible to work on a shifting schedule
